We currently deliver to the following countries:

SHIPPING COST

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the European Union. 

Customers in Switzerland, Norway, and the UK can also enjoy free shipping. We will cover all customs charges and national VAT through DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), so you won't have to worry about any additional costs. If you have any questions, please reach out to us.

REDEEM DISCOUNT CODE

To redeem a discount code, follow these steps during checkout:

  1. Add your selected items to the shopping cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout.
  3. Enter your code in the "Discount code" field and click "Apply."

Please note that discount codes may not be combined. Some discounts may apply to non-sale items only.

 

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time for in-stock items:

In-stock items are typically shipped within 3-5 business days.

Shipping time for made-to-order items:

For made-to-order items, production and shipping typically take 4-5 weeks. We will keep you updated with a more precise shipping date as soon as it is available.

 

DELIVERY

Medium and small-sized items (e.g. coffee tables):

Medium and small-sized goods are delivered via standard delivery services by DHL. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details that will allow you to monitor the progress of your package. All our products are shipped from our workshop in Poland. The delivery within the EU usually takes 2-4 business days.

Large-sized items (e.g. storage furniture):

Large-sized items are delivered by a specialised freight shipping provider, Hermes. We offer white-glove delivery for large products. This means a high level of service that includes handling and transporting freight with extreme care. The delivery team will place the furniture in the room of your choice and, if you wish, unpack the product and remove all packaging.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details that will allow you to monitor the progress of your package. All our products are shipped from our workshop in Poland. Our delivery partner will contact with you in advance to schedule a delivery time that is convenient for you.

 

RETURN POLICY

At BRUNN, we take great pride in the quality of our products and hope they bring joy and style to your home. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process. You may return your item within 30 days of delivery—no questions asked.

Returning small or medium-sized items (e.g., coffee tables): You can request a return for non-defective items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@brunn.design to receive a return label. Alternatively, you may arrange for return shipping independently. We recommend using an insured return option.

To receive a full refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, with no signs of use, and include all components and original packaging. Ensure the item is securely packed.

Please note that all returns are subject to inspection before refunds are issued. Return processing usually takes 4-5 business days, but may take up to 14 days in some cases.

Returning large-sized goods (e.g., storage furniture): Large-sized items can be returned, provided they are in their original packaging. If you wish to return your order, please reach out to us at hello@brunn.design.

At BRUNN, we encourage conscious ordering to help conserve resources. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
